After a last minute decision to travel to Hamilton for rugby (Go Chiefs!!!) was happy to find something that was handy to FMG stadium. Nice, quiet room even though it was facing the main road. Good to have a balcony (for the smoker). Comfortable bed, shower was clean with good pressure. Very cool to have a massage chair in the room!! Lovely receptionist.

The owners and staff are always so friendly and accommodating i could not manage the stairs due to a sudden injury and when I rang I was immediately upgraded to a more accessible room and not charged for the difference.there were water bottles and snacks fresh milk and ample tea and coffess bathroom was impeccably clean as was the rest of the room

Best motel experience ever. Best staff very helpful. Lost my phone and the manager helped me and let me use the phone and computer all day. Gave me water and made me fee comfortable. And in the rooms there were treats in the room which added another touch. Water. Chips and biscuits. Was given a late checkout.

Very clean and comfortable. Bed was great. Room was spacious and bright, very airy. The staff were very friendly. This was honestly one of the best motels we stayed in during our stay in NZ. The shower was also very good. Good location, close to the city and PaknSave, also a Suprette across the road.
